Terms of study
These terms cover use of the Mentis Junction website and enrolment in study sessions offered by Mentis Junction Co., Ltd. They were last revised in September 2026.
Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a seminar seat, desk briefing, shop-floor walkthrough, or reading room pass, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a shop or cooperative, you confirm that you may commit that organisation to the published rate and to the conditions of the sitting.
The service
Mentis Junction Co., Ltd. provides in-person teaching and shelf access about stablecoin payments on Solana from its reading room in Unsan-myeon, Seosan-si. The company explains public payment records, fee tables, and bookkeeping lines. It does not take custody of coins, hold private keys, execute transfers, or prepare tax filings.
Published rates on the rates page are invitations to book. A sitting is fixed only when the company emails a confirmation that names the date, the format, and the amount. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named in that email. The website does not process card payments.
Intellectual property
The fee tables, glossary, seminar structure, merchant notes, and site text are owned by Mentis Junction Co., Ltd. unless a note says otherwise. You may copy the glossary sheet you were given into your own notebook for your shop’s internal use. You may not republish the shelf binders, resell a seminar seat, or present the company’s sheets as your own teaching product.
Public blockchain records discussed in a session remain public records. Writing them into your ledger does not transfer any claim in those records to the company, and the company claims no ownership of your books.
Conduct in the room and on a visit
Participants keep keys and seed phrases out of the session. They follow the capacity of the table and the desks. On a shop visit, the owner keeps responsibility for the premises, the staff present, and any test payment the owner chooses to send. The director may end a sitting if a participant asks the company to move coins or to sign a document for a court, a bank, or a tax office.
Liability
Teaching materials describe how payments have been observed to settle and how a shop might record them. They are not a guarantee of a future fee, a future exchange rate, or a particular legal outcome. To the extent Korean law allows, Mentis Junction Co., Ltd. is not liable for trading losses, missed card batches, payer error, or decisions you make after a session. The company remains responsible for harm caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for any liability that Korean law does not permit to be limited.
Nothing on this site excludes rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory Korean law.
Website use
You may read the pages and send an enquiry through the contact form. You agree not to misuse the form by sending malicious code, another person’s secrets, or private keys. The company may refuse an enquiry that asks for custody, for a guaranteed price, or for work outside the four study formats.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in South Chungcheong, Korea, without limiting any mandatory venue rule that applies to you.
