The morning the room is known for
The Stablecoin Settlement Seminar is for shop staff and residents in South Chungcheong who have already met a dollar-pegged coin and want the public record explained in the room.
Hae-won Park splits the hours into three sittings. The first sets a card-batch cutoff beside a Solana confirmation. The second finds the signature, the slot, the fee in lamports, and the token amount on a printed example. The third names the four lines a Seosan book can keep the same day.
Keys stay at home. The example is a public transfer. Tea is poured between the second sitting and the third.

Hours
Weekday shelves, Saturday mornings
Tuesday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. The second Saturday of most months is the seminar, 09:30–13:00. The room is closed Sunday, Monday, and the second Saturday in August.
The next two seminar dates on the board are 10 October and 14 November 2026. A seat is confirmed only when the reply names you and the transfer of 85,000 KRW has arrived.
