Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
These rules apply to the Stablecoin Settlement Seminar, the desk briefing, the shop-floor walkthrough, and the reading room pass. They were last revised in September 2026.
Who can ask
The person whose name is on the confirmation email, or the shop that paid the invoice, may ask for a refund or a new date. Write to hello@mentisjunction.click or call 0415415103 and include the date and the study format. The reading room acknowledges refund requests within two working days.
Seminar seats
A full refund of the 85,000 KRW seat fee is available if you cancel at least seven days before 09:30 on the seminar Saturday. Between seven days and the evening before the seminar, the room refunds half and keeps half to cover the printed fee table and glossary already prepared for that name. Once the seminar has started, the seat fee is kept.
You may move a seat to the next second Saturday once, at no extra charge, if you ask at least seven days ahead and a seat remains. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the timing rules above.
Desk briefings
A briefing may be rescheduled once without a fee if you write at least two weekdays before the sitting. A cancellation inside those two weekdays forfeits half of the 90,000 KRW. A cancellation with a full two weekdays’ notice receives a full refund. If the sitting has begun, the fee for the time already used is kept and any unused extra hour is refunded.
Shop-floor walkthroughs
Inside Unsan-myeon and central Seosan-si, cancel at least three weekdays before the visit for a full refund of the 180,000 KRW. Inside those three weekdays the room keeps 60,000 KRW and refunds the rest. After the director has arrived at the shop, the visit fee is kept.
Where a travel allowance was quoted, the allowance is refunded in full if you cancel before tickets or a hired car are booked. Once travel is booked, the allowance is kept to the extent already spent, and the remainder is refunded. The half deposit taken on longer visits is credited to the final fee or refunded under the same timing rules.
Reading room passes
A day pass is refunded in full if you leave within the first twenty minutes because no desk was free. If you take a desk, the day fee stays with the room. On a six-visit pass, unused visits are refunded at 10,000 KRW each if you ask before the four-month expiry and before the pass is fully used. Visits already signed in the day book are not refunded. After expiry, unused visits lapse.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for a seminar, briefing, or shop visit and do not write before the start time, the fee for that booking is kept. A pass day that is reserved ahead and then missed counts as a used visit only when the room held the last free desk for you; otherwise it is not counted and not charged beyond what you already paid.
Work already started and materials
Printed seminar sets that have been collated for a named seat are the reason a late cancellation is partial rather than full. A glossary sheet already handed to a pass holder is not billed separately and is not a reason to refuse a refund that these rules already grant. Notes you wrote in your own notebook stay yours; the room does not refund time you spent writing.
If the director has already begun a shop visit or a briefing, the time used is not refunded. If the company cancels because the director is ill or the room is unusable, you receive a full refund or a new date, at your choice, including any travel allowance you already paid.
Method and timing
Refunds are sent to the bank account that paid the fee, in KRW. Processing takes up to ten working days after the room agrees the amount. The company does not refund in stablecoins or in cash at the door, except the twenty-minute day-pass case, which can be handed back at the desk the same morning.
Exceptions
These rules cover study sessions and shelf access only. The company does not sell goods by post, software subscriptions, or event tickets beyond the seminar seat described here. Mandatory rights under Korean law remain available where they apply to a consumer booking.
